Care Catered to You

There is no single template for what good support looks like, which is why I offer different programs based on your needs. If you’re unsure of which best fits your situation, we can decide together during your first consultation.

On-Demand Support

Guide

Not every healthcare situation requires months of support. Sometimes what you need is someone who can sit with you for a few hours and help you make sense of something specific. This is also the option that works well for family members who are trying to get oriented.

If you or your loved one just received a diagnosis and you are trying to understand what it means and what to watch before the next appointment, this is the right place to start.

Care for a significant event

Navigator

Surgery is one of the most stressful experiences a person can go through. There is a period before the procedure when everything feels uncertain and the instructions feel overwhelming. There is the day itself, which often moves faster than anyone expects. And there is the recovery, which can stretch on longer than anticipated and raise questions that discharge paperwork does not answer. As a Navigator, I will walk through all of this with you.

Long-TERM Support

Shepherd

Some healthcare situations do not resolve in a week or a month. Managing a chronic condition means living inside a system that expects you to remember instructions, track symptoms, manage medications, and advocate for yourself at every appointment (while you’re already not feeling your best).

Extended recovery after a major procedure carries its own version of that weight. As your Shepherd, we work together over three to six months, with regular check-ins that adapt to wherever you are in your care.

Not Sure Where to Start?

You don’t need to have this all mapped out right now. I know how overwhelming this can all be. If you’d like some guidance on getting started, just send me a message or book a free consultation and we’ll figure it out together.
